In accordance with the provisions of Section 160A-188 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the entire area within the corporate limits of the Town of Pine Knoll Shores is declared to be a bird sanctuary.   (Ord. 9/13/73; Ord.*1991-8, 8/13/91)
