Finance Officer – The Town of Pine Shores seeks a qualified individual to serve as the town’s Finance Officer. Pine Knoll Shores is located in Carteret Co. This position is responsible for accounting & finance operations of multiple operating and revenue funds, including accounting, financial reporting, payroll, external compliance audits, capital budgeting, the implementation of internal controls, management of the town's bank accounts, management of the town’s debt financing schedule, purchasing & contracting, and the monitoring of grant program funds. The Finance Officer will be involved in preparation of town’s annual budget, and will possess the analytical skills necessary for thorough budget analysis.
